WASHER TROUBLESHOOTING

If you bypassed the Warning & Disclaimer page, please read it NOW. (Required)

#1 Washer will not fill with water

  • Make sure faucets are turned on.
  • Make sure washer is plugged in and you have voltage at plug. (Just plug something in that you know works.)
  • Clean screens at both ends of hoses or in valve.
  • If all of the above is OK then it is most likely the water valve is defective. The exception is if the timer or water level switch is defective .


#2 Washer overflows

  • If it overflows when washer is turned off: replace the water valve.
  • If it overflows when washer is turned on : replace water level switch.
  • Check water level pressure tube hose for leak or obstruction.


#3 Washer will not pump water out.


#4 Washer will not spin


    #5 Washer timer will not advance

  • Water level switch defective.
  • Timer motor defective
